Once your design is finalised and the order is confirmed, we share a detailed production timeline along with an estimated delivery and installation schedule. Our team provides regular updates through calls or email so you remain informed at every stage of the process.
Delivery and installation are coordinated with you or your designated site representative to ensure the space is ready for our team. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate site readiness, accessibility, and safety for installation, including completed civil work, electrical points, flooring, and painting. Any delays due to site-related issues may affect the initially estimated timeline.
All products are transported using our in-house logistics team or trusted third-party delivery partners who are experienced in handling premium furniture and modular components. We take every precaution to protect your order during transit; however, in the rare event of minor damage, our team will assess and replace affected parts as per our warranty and service guidelines.
