Refund Policy

At Wardrobe Café, every wardrobe and storage solution is produced specifically for each customer, making our products inherently personalised. Due to the custom nature of our work, orders cannot be cancelled once the design is approved and production has commenced. We do not offer refunds on confirmed orders after this stage, as raw materials are procured and production slots are allocated exclusively for your project.

If you wish to request a cancellation before production begins, you must send an email request to us. Cancellations approved at this initial stage may involve deductions to cover design consultation time, site visits, administrative charges, and any materials already purchased. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

In the unlikely event of damage or defects identified at the time of installation, Wardrobe Café will repair or replace the affected part at no additional cost, in accordance with our warranty terms. This policy does not cover issues arising from improper use, mishandling, modifications made by third parties, or natural wear and tear after handover.

If you believe you have received a damaged product or if there is an issue with installation, you must notify us immediately, preferably within 48 hours, so our team can inspect and resolve the matter promptly. Wardrobe Café reserves the right to make the final decision regarding repairs, replacement, or service eligibility.
