All wardrobes and products offered by our brand are custom-made based on the design, layout, and measurements provided or approved by the client. Any changes requested after design approval may affect the cost and timeline of the project. All quotes provided by Wardrobe Café are valid for a limited period and may be subject to revision based on material availability, design modifications, market fluctuations, or site conditions.

A project is considered officially confirmed only once the required advance payment is made. The payment schedule shared must be followed for timely execution of manufacturing and installation. Delays in payments may cause production or delivery delays, for which Wardrobe Café will not be held responsible. All outstanding dues must be cleared before final installation and handover.

All designs, 3D renders, technical drawings, photographs, logos, and written content provided by Wardrobe Café are the intellectual property of the company. These materials cannot be reproduced, shared, edited, or used commercially without written consent from our team.

While we strive for accuracy and precision, Wardrobe Café will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as site readiness problems, incorrect measurements provided by the client or third-party contractors, structural constraints, civil work changes, or external delays from suppliers. The client is expected to ensure that the site is safe, accessible, and suitable for installation. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines and agree that such delays do not constitute a breach of service.
